Position: Performance Marketer

About This Position:

We are looking for a performance marketer that has experience running successful paid digital campaigns by designing and executing targeting strategies that reach our target consumer.  Our ideal candidate has a solid performance marketing background, including experience building and optimizing lead generation programs for enterprise sales teams, and command of the paid social, SEM, and programmatic space.

Full Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Develop acquisition strategies that introduce new consumers to our brand, with a focus on finding and qualifying new leads to build our enterprise sales team pipeline
  • Plan and execute ongoing paid search and paid social brand awareness and lead generation campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns through rigorous testing with a focus on improving efficiency and driving incremental scale
  • Work alongside our Marketing team to develop and test new concepts that will make our marketing more engaging and efficient
  • Partner with our Product teams to improve our landing pages so that customers have simpler, quicker, and all-around seamless experiences finding the products and information they're looking for


  • 3-5+ years of experience managing paid search accounts
  • Experience optimizing budgets towards CPA targets
  • A Google Ads power user who can build and optimize campaigns at scale
  • Highly analytical with an understanding of basic digital attribution and measurement concepts
  • A naturally inquisitive, deliberate, and fearless team player
  • Experience buying across paid social channels (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter)
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for enterprise lead generation and nurture
  • Expertise with sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot a plus
  • Account Based Marketing experience a plus
