The following describes the privacy policy of JuliusWorks, Inc. (“Julius”) (as amended or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time, the “Privacy Policy”) applicable to the services available through the app.juliusworks.com website, our mobile applications and other interfaces (collectively, the “Site”). By visiting the Site, you are consenting to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

On occasion Julius may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our Personal Data collection and use practices, the features of our Site, or advances in technology. If we make revisions that change the way we collect or use your Personal Data, those changes will be posted in this Privacy Policy and the effective date will be noted at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Julius will also prominently post such material changes prior to implementing the change.

Information We Collect

We collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) about you that you provide to us while using the Site. Personal Data includes any and all information that can identify you as a specific individual, including, without limitation, your name, address, phone number, credit card number or e-mail address. We also collect non-personally identifiable information (“Non-Personal Data”), including, without limitation, your log-in name, IP address, and other interactions with the site including search preferences related to specific searches. your Non-Personal Data may be linked to your Personal Data under some circumstances and could be considered Personal Data to the extent such linkage enables you to be personally identified. Julius does not track users across third-party websites or other online services, and therefore does not use “do not track” signals or similar mechanisms. The Julius platform also collects YouTube data to populate metrics on influencer profiles. Protecting Your Personal Data

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of Personal Data, we will employ reasonable and current Internet security methods and technologies. To protect credit card transactions while in transit, Julius currently uses Secure Socket Layer technology to encrypt Personal Data. No method of transmitting information over the Internet, or storing data electronically, is 100% secure, however, and Julius therefore cannot provide a guaranty of absolute security.

If you purchase certain services for others, we will collect the names of the others as provided by you. you are fully responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide such information, and Julius will not be under any obligations to make any inquiries or otherwise take action to confirm your right to do so. By providing any Personal Data of another customer, you represent that you have all necessary authority and/or have obtained all necessary consents from such person to enable us to collect, use and disclose such Personal Data as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use Personal Data to provide you with the products and services from our Site, to build features that will make the services available on the Site easier to use, and to contact you about these services. This includes better customer support, timely notice of new services and special offers, and more relevant content.

To serve you faster and with better quality, we use “cookie” technology and also allow third parties to use cookies on our Site. Cookies are small bits of code, usually stored on a user’s computer hard drive or device, which enable a website to “personalize” itself for each user by remembering information about the user’s visit to the web site.

Julius cookies (first party cookies): At Julius, we use cookies to reduce the time it takes for you to submit requests. Julius understands that you may want to change, access or delete your Personal Data. you may do so by accessing your profile yourself or by contacting us via email. Any request to access your Personal Data will be answered in less than thirty (30) days. If you have registered your profile on any of the services available on our Site, your e-mail address and password are required in order to access your profile information.
